Acceptance of your order
USE OF THE WEBSITE
To register with NicAngels and purchase goods from our website, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.
We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer's account at any time and at our sole discretion.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
You can place an order in one of two ways, either online or over the telephone.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being discontinued
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the 'Place Order' button an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days, please contact us via email on email@example.com
All payments are processed through Paypal using your credit or debit card. Keldana Ltd do not have access to your card details. Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. If you do not have a credit or debit card please contact us directly on 085 1471465 to place your order and discuss payment options
Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Due to Covid-19, deliveries may take longer than normal to reach you, but should be with you within 7 working days.
All goods are sent via recorded delivery currently via GLS or An Post Registered Service. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your full and correct postal address including Eir Code/Postal Code, to facilitate speedy delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order placed online please contact us on 085 147 1465, stating your intention to cancel the order. It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. In order to change the details of your order, you must notify us within 1 hour of your order being placed. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
You have the right to return the goods within 7 Working Days from the date of delivery by giving us notice in writing of your wish to do so, via email firstname.lastname@example.org stating Returns in the subject bar. If you decide to return the goods, then you do so at your own expense (unless the goods delivered were substitutes for the goods which you ordered) and it shall be your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by the Seller and are not damaged in transit. The Seller will refund the price of the goods to you within 30 days of receipt by the Seller of your notice that you wish to return the goods provided the goods have been returned to the Seller. Accordingly, you must retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them whilst they are in your possession, in any event for 7 Working Days from delivery and, if you give us notice that you wish to return the goods, until you deliver the goods to the Seller. This right does not apply if the goods were made or personalised to your specification.
In the event of goods being received in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt via email email@example.com stating Damaged Goods in the subject bar.
